Return Policy

We know that returning product can be a pain! So, we have streamlined the return/refund process by including in your shipment a prepaid return label. Below are the guidelines for an easy-breezy refund:

  •  The item must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
  •  The item cannot show any signs of WEAR/WASHING.
  • The item cannot be part of our CLEARANCE COLLECTION OR ANY GRAB BAG on
Grab Bags:
Our Grab Bags are very popular and an economical way to purchase quality fashion items. They are created out of excess inventory and sometimes there may be duplicates of items if more than one grab bag is purchased. We are sorry when that happens but we cannot offer exchanges in grab bags.

We cannot offer exchanges on our products due to the volume of orders we fulfill. We encourage you to reorder desired items at your convenience. If we have made an error in the order, we can process exchanges if the product is currently in stock. If the product is currently out of stock, we will process a refund instead of an exchange. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Once your initial order is processed, we are unable to edit the order. Please ensure that your order is accurate and your billing/shipping information is accurate before making your purchase.

Are processed within 2-3 weeks after your item has been returned to us, and must be credited to the original payment method you used ( e.g. to the credit card you used when placing the original order).

If an order is missing or unfulfilled, you have 45 days to contact us to rectify the situation for a full refund, past that date reserves the right to without any refund.

Missing Items:
You must report any missing item/accessory within 5 days of delivery by contacting

Damaged/Incorrect/Missing Items:
If we made an error (you were sent the wrong item, size, or damaged at the time of shipment), we sincerely apologize. Please promptly send the damaged or wrong item to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. If you have not received your shipment within 14 days of receiving the tracking number, please contact If you have not notified us of your missing shipment within 30 days of receiving your tracking number, we can not provide a cash refund, but store credit will be given.

Christmas Returns:
Gifts purchased after Thanksgiving can be returned up to January 8, 2019, if the return is postmarked on or before that date.
